Hey ****,
We had a deal to close with you on Feb 3 for **** Mortgage, LLC, when we went to get the Deed and DOT recorded the county said the taxes wasn't paid, at the time we closed the deal , the county website reflected something different, attached are the two county sheet that disclosed to you what we basic the taxes on and what they are saying it owed now to get the Deed and DOT on record, can you please see if you can work something out with the seller to help get this issue resolve so we can close this deal out? I didnt collect nothing on the seller side HUD-1 because there wasnt anything due , now the county is saying 835.00 plus interest and penalty is due. CAN U PLEASE HELP!
